Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the follow payment methods: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express processed through Paypal.
OrganicGreenSmoothies ships worldwide. Certain products are shipped through the manufacturer and some originate from Kansas City, MO. All items that qualify for free shipping are shipped via ground shipping unless otherwise noted. (If your item qualifies for free shipping, it is available to customers inside the lower 48 states within the United States only.)
Customers that are outside of the United States are responsible for all Duties, Customs and Taxes. Please confirm your shipping and handling rules and regulations for your country before ordering.
Shipments that are damaged or short items need to be reported to OrganicGreenSmoothies within 48 hours of receipt otherwise we assume that the item has been received without damages and are complete. If your item arrives damaged the original box and packing materials must be kept until otherwise noted so that we can initiate a claim with the shipping provider. If you refuse to accept any item, you are responsible for all shipping charges both to and from our warehouse.
Some items for sale may be special order items. This will be explicitly listed on the item detail page. This will also be listed on your order receipt that the item is special order. All special order items are non-returnable. Special order items are not guaranteed to be delivered by a specific time. You may cancel a special order item only if it has not left the manufacturer yet, in this case there is a 10% administrative fee due in order to cancel the item.
We accept returns only if they are in the original box, brand new, and unused condition. All packaging must be included. OrganicGreenSmoothies must be contacted within 10 days of receipt to request a return. You must contact us and receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You can do so at the bottom of this page. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return shipping label. If we receive your item and it requires to be re-boxed there is a fee of up to $15. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to ship it back to us. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you receive an item that is defective you will need to refer to the manufacturer’s limited warranty. You can contact the manufacturer’s customer service to get assistance with your item.
