You are going to love this smoothie!
Strawbery Banana smoothies are so delicious. This is a good one if you are breaking in someone on the smoothie movement. It doesn’t contain any greens, but you could definitely add some and it would still be very yummy.
As always if the smoothie is for someone that isn’t too sure about adding greens, I always recommend adding small amounts and working your way up to the desired amount.
What you need:
- 1 to 2 Bananas
- 6 to 8 Frozen Strawberries
- Yogurt (Almond is good!)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- Handful of Ice
- Your Favorite Protein Powder (I like pea protein)
- Pure Vanilla Extra
